Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for services not rendered, or if the customer cancels before service commencement.
2. Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Services: Services already delivered or initiated are non-refundable.
4. Method: Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 7 business days.
5. Cancellation by Us: If ANAS TRADERS cancels the order for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
